Vinyl Club Recordings was born in 2006 in the same named records store in Ibiza founded in 2004 by the french DJ Luc Ringeisen. Back then there was a musical renewing happening on the white island due to some underground minded promoters and clubs owners such as the Underground or the DC10 and the growing success of Cocoon Club at Amnesia.

The records store became the meeting point of an outstanding crew of merging artists and international DJs that quickly gave life to the record label, the early productions include all time classics from Petre Inspirescu, Jonas Kopp, Luc Ringeisen or Lee Van Dowsky and more artists from the worldwide scene meeting there every summer.

So Vinyl Club naturally became the predilection label of the Circoloco crew of that Ibiza artistic golden age with the support of DJ Fabrizio and productions of DJ Sossa, Davide Squillace, System of Survival and the very firsts merging romanian artists that would later launch the label Arpiar. Vinyl Club promos were then heavily tested at Circolo at DC10 and the club Ibiza Underground was the home of the firsts Vinyl Club Showcases.

In 2008 the “vinyl crisis” pushes the records store to shut down and the label headquarter relocated in Berlin. New home, creative energy and friends were found in Berlin and more merging talents like Rainer or Lorenzo Chiabotti joined the crew, as well as the long time recognized Jens Zimmermann, Pier Bucci and Anthony Collins.

Nowadays the Vinyl Club official showcases take place at the berliner club Katerholzig and the Vinyl Club DJs are throwing endless sessions at the legendary Club Der Visionaere which became very fast the label’ s predilection club in Berlin.

Covering all forms of quality and underground House Music and Techno, many times in an experimental or abstract way, Vinyl Club Recordings aims at exploring and re-visiting
different forms of avant-garde dance music in a wide range of styles , being an “expression tool” for its head Luc Ringeisen and his crew.
